First speaker Clifford H. Bloom, Esq. will be speaking on owning, buying and selling waterfront property in Michigan and second speaker David S. Fry, Esq. will be speaking on cottage succession planning for the family cottage.
Mr. Bloom’s book “Buying and Selling Waterfront Property in Michigan” and Mr. Fry’s book “Saving the Family Cotttage” will be available at the seminar for reduced prices.
The seminar will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. in the Wagner Room in the rear of the Bois Blanc Township Fire Barn (just down from the School in the Pines and next to the Township Hall).
